I would agree with Karen, footsoaking with help certainly.

In the evenings, instead of doing the right/left balancing we were doing till date, immerse your feet in a tub of water (comfortable temperature), with a handful of salt in it.

Witness your hands as your channels come into balance and then rinse your feet after about 5-10 minutes.

Flush the water down the toilet, as it is negatively charged.
