this weekend i was very buissy so for the first time i had to meditate in front of people
(people who arnt in my class). it was very hard to concentrate.but i guess its good to meditate in front of other people so over time it becomes easer to do.

when i go through the motions im not realy sure how long to hold a position, i dont want to go to fast and it not work completely but i also dont want to take forever.

i went through all of the music that i have and found the clamer songs with out words, i knwo its not the special kind of meditation music from calss (which i would love to have by the way...) but it seems to help.

i have also been practicing working on other people, well, my mother. i use the chart and do what youtold us to do from class, it was so cool because i didnt tell her what it would feel like but she said when i was brining up the kundilini she could feel it even though i wasnt even touching her! very cool.
