Okay, here goes. Before I started meditating, I was in a bad mood and had gotten into an argument. When I tried cleansing my left channel, my right hand (pointed down, right?) felt warm. When I tried cleansing my right channel, my left hand felt really cold. That's about all. Meditation didn't relax me at all tonight.

Here's my post for today: Morning: I focused again on the Sahasrara, and my right hand was cool, and my left was warm. Evening: I found out that sitting on the floor helps me concentrate. Also, it's harder to focus in the evening. But after a minute or two, it's easier to concentrate. I cleansed my channels for a couple of minutes then focused on the Sahasrara. Both of my hands seemed cool but a couple of my fingers on the left hand tingled.

Zosia (March '06 Week 2)

Here's my post for the past week: I've mainly been working on finding catches in my chakra's on clearing them, and trying to keep both my right and left side's cool. I haven't had any specific large problems, and i've been able to footsoak twice, which seems to help keep my sides more balanced. There's been a couple morning where I haven't had time at all to meditate, but usually I have time for a longer meditation in the evening. Having a longer meditation also allows me to be able to concentrate more, which I think allows for better meditation. Zosia
