Hey everyone!

Here goes a description of my past couple of meditations...

Last night, I was meditating and found it very calming to focus on my breathing- it is definitely what "gets me into thoughtlessness." I have been practicing cleansing the channels, and on my first meditation my hands felt somewhat warm but the next two my hands felt cooler. When I meditate, I almost feel far away from everything else.

And there is my first blog, what an occasion.

Good going! Cool vibrations are always good news. My hunch is they will sustain, but we'll see.

I will try your attention-on-breathing technique tonight.

When the Kundalini rises, She expands the gap between the thoughts (Vilamba). I'm glad that happened to a certain extent.

It would be helpful to know how the attention-at-Sahasrara (top of the head) bit worked. Lets see next time.
