first meditation

My first meditation was last night. I was out at Hudson mills. I find that places that are in nature i feel more relaxed and calmed. I was meditating when all of a sudden my friend started yelling and i found it very hard to go back into meditation and therefore since had balanced out one of my sides more i kind of felt more relaxed on one said and a little off balance. I am thinking i need to find a better time to meditate.

Morning meditation went a little bit better because i was alone. I enjoy doing yoga and meditation in the morning best because it's a good way to start your day off. I find have time to relax in the morning makes you a little calmer during stressful situations. I am liking the meditation. I hope your expieriences meditating are going smoothly

Good. Yes, morning meditations are quite deep compared to any other time of day.
