Morning: As usual, it was easy to concentrate, but I always feel somewhat rushed in the morning. Both of my hands were warm, but I didn't have time to try and balance my sides. Evening: I did have a bit more time this evening, but I didn't have a lot. I spent some more time balancing my sides, and I sat by a window while I had the chance to get some outside light. Both of my hands seemed a little bit warm. I specifically noticed the palm of my left hand was warm (again).

soo i soaked my feet and it was quite fun. I love soaking your feet because you hold so much stress in your feet because you use them all the time. you kind of feel cleansed. I was kind of imagining the picture as being a wave at sea kind of like the salt water. I thought of the picture kind of like the whole ying yang thing wit hthe dark and the light kind of meeting in the middle. But then meditating my palm was a little warm but my fingers were pleasantly cool. I hate being too cool but they seemed cold enough that it was just right but not soo cold i need gloves. well there my update... hope everyone else likes the foot soaking meditation
Argh.

Meditating has been going fine for the past few days. My hands have, for the most part, been feeling cool. Except the ring finger on my left hand goes insane whenever I meditate. It twinges and kind of itches. This past week I've been getting migranes/headaches at various parts of the day, so I think the two are connected. But I can't get rid of the feeling in that chakra...it's been quite frustrating.

I've been having quite a few problems meditating lately because I'm very uptight and nervous each time I begin, and by the time I finish, I'm so frustrated with the whole endeavour that I give it up for days at a time. However there have been a few select instances in which I have managed to calm myself enough to feel refreshed after meditatinig, instead of feeling dissapointed. Still, I am nowhere close to where I want to be. I find balancing the left and right sides to be very helpful, and raising the kundalini doesn't hurt, but all this business of chakras and warm and coild energy is, for me, distracting and unneccessary. Granted, I shouldn't talk, considering I've had so little success.

this past week meditation has been pretty cool. i liked the meditation last tuesday because i liked learning about how to meditate on others. I tried it on a friend they thought it was really cool although i had to explain what the kundalini is. They were having problems with the middle figure on the right hand and the thumb of the left so i spent extra time with it. for me i have been doing some good meditations looking at the different chakra's and spending more time . for some reason i keep forgetting what hand you put around the other one to use to rise the kundalini but i got it no... i have been focusing on different fingers as they come up but i haven't really been running into major problems....

GOOD GRIEF . I have not posted in such a long time for various reasons... It would take way too long to explain. Sorry! Anyways, my meditations have been going pretty well. When I do the ring in my palm, it has felt really tingly and, well, funky. I felt it the first time we did it in class and it has been pretty consistent since. Other than that, my meditations have been relatively uneventful. I have found that when raising the Kundalini, I feel almost like my posture is straightening- it's odd. My hands usually feel pretty cool, but on certain days they will feel warm and/or tingly. I am wondering if it has to do with certain events that day or certain emotions I may have felt, but I'm not sure. See you guys tomorrow!!

ok this is whats been going on lately my computer wasn't working and i had some issues revolving around the computer thing.. i wrote it down so here it is: this was before we started concentrating on particular fingers~ day1: morning: my hands were rather warm both of them i've been very tense all over and very stressed out it's hard for me to sit today. i was thinking i ought to sit for longer but i really am feeling kind of sick so it's hard for me to balance my energy and open them up. evening: i had much more time to work on meditating i find it's harder to meditate in the morning because i don't like waking up earlier than i have to so i think sometimes i might have to just do it after school or something. day2. right side blocked left side seems more open. I worked a little harder and redid the right side. i then at night worked a little longer on my rightside and i think it cleared a little better. I keep forgetting the words hopefully with more meditati...

this weekend i was very buissy so for the first time i had to meditate in front of people (people who arnt in my class). it was very hard to concentrate.but i guess its good to meditate in front of other people so over time it becomes easer to do. when i go through the motions im not realy sure how long to hold a position, i dont want to go to fast and it not work completely but i also dont want to take forever. i went through all of the music that i have and found the clamer songs with out words, i knwo its not the special kind of meditation music from calss (which i would love to have by the way...) but it seems to help. i have also been practicing working on other people, well, my mother. i use the chart and do what youtold us to do from class, it was so cool because i didnt tell her what it would feel like but she said when i was brining up the kundilini she could feel it even though i wasnt even touching her! very cool.

Morning: What with being sick and sluggish, I didn't have time to meditate this morning, which was dissapointing. Evening: I wanted to meditate for a bit longer this evening because my hands have been warmer. So I did, and both of my hands were moderately warm. A couple fingers on my left hand were tingling, and that's it.

Here's my post for today: Morning: This morning it seemed harder to meditate, but I think that's because I'm sick, and I had trouble breathing and it was frustrating. Both of my hands were mildly warm, but the left more so. Evening: Sense i'm officially sick, I lounged around and meditated. Like in the morning, I had difficulty focusing, but I did meditate. Once again, my left hand was warm, and my right a little tingly. I can never tell any specific fingers on my left hand. It's frustrating. But i'll keep working on clearing my left side.
I forgot to include today!

Today, I meditated in semi-public, which may not have been the most intelligent move on my part. It went well until someone started laughing at my hand motions, at which point I came out of my meditation. Luckily, I had pretty much ended anyway. The ring finger on my left hand felt twinged a lot . I did the clockwise motion to energize the chakra, but after 3 tries I gave up... any ideas?

I guess I haven't posted for the past week or so. While that was pretty stupid of me, I did keep a log of my meditations. So here goes: 2/6 - During my meditation, my right channel was warm and my left channel felt nothing. (This was feeling the vibrations from the sahasrara.) 2/9 - "Meditation went pretty smoothly today. I cut the morning one short because I was restless and a little afraid of falling asleep. This evening, the meditation went well. It was pretty thoughtless, and I could feel my left side doing something when I was balancing it. The ring (chakra 7) in my palm felt tingly, along with, later on, my thumb, 2nd, and 3rd fingers on my left hand. My right thumb tingled a bit." 2/10 - Evening: "I think I had nothing blocking my channels/kundalini (not really sure how it works) tonight. My fingers and palms felt normal; cool, even. When I felt by my sahasrara bone, my hands were coolish. I think." 2/11 - My morning meditation was interrupted, but I did ...

Good Morning. CHSers, thanks for being such a gentle audience. Just felt like posting here in the spirit of the blog. Good work today, learning the bija (root) syllables of "Om" and going through the meditation. I'd also like to thank you all on behalf of the persons you worked on. Have a nice week and hope to see your daily posts up here pretty soon.

i raised my kundalini, put my hands i the proper positions, said the same words you told us to to say; "i'm not this vessil, only the spirit", etc. when i raised my hands above my head and rubbed my scalp i had a cold feeling in my right hand, and a tingly fealing in my left (this was this evening, the opposite had happened last night). vic, i'll try to write every night if i'm able to. ----- End forwarded message ----- [private components of email removed]

Vic, Here's my post for today: Morning: This morning, while meditating I noticed that both my left hand and foot were warm. Once I was done with meditating, my left hand was warm, and a few of my fingertips tingling. On my right hand, my fingers were cool and my palm was warm. Evening: Nothing too interesting about this evening's meditation. My left hand was till warm, and my right cool. My morning meditations are harder for me than my evening ones because I'm so tired and keep almost falling asleep. But mostly, when I meditate, on my right hand, the spot just below all my fingers feels warm, as does the ring finger and thumb. On my left hand the center of my palm and my first and middle finers feel warm, and my pinky feels all tingly.

Hey its charles Here are my posts for thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday. Thursday : thusdays meditation was a bit of a struggle for me. we are currently remodeling and have spent some of our nights ( 10:00 11:00) cleaning, throwing away things, etc... so Although I did meditate it was only for a few minutes and then back to work! Friday : fridays meditation was much better I had the quiet time to meditate, I even lit candles and incense and listened to shaman drum beats I noticed a tingling in both my palms as i was doing the bandan. When I felt the energy coming from the top of my head with my hand, it wasn't hot. just warm. and every once and a while I would feel a jolt of cold. Saturday : saturday I did not meditate. Sunday : sunday's meditation was the best. If you didn't already know I'am a pagan preist and hoodoo, and I had to do a full moon esbat (a ritual that is performed on every full moon to honor the goddess). So it was required that I meditate. when I m...
